Moving from a traditional matching matrix to our custom interactive platform means our community is shaped by the actions, conversations, and respect of its members.
To protect the safety, spiritual focus, and high-integrity environment of our platform, all members across all tiers must adhere to the following foundational pillars.
1. Rooted in Intention & Marriage-Mindedness
EEZREB is not a casual space. The platform is built exclusively to support single Christians seeking a path toward a lifelong, faithful marriage.
- The Standard: Keep conversations purposeful. While building friendships in our localized forums is highly encouraged, your ultimate focus should remain on genuine connection.
- Prohibited: This platform is strictly not for casual dating, hookup culture, networking for multi-level marketing (MLM), or promoting outside business ventures.
2. High Integrity & Verification
Trust is the backbone of our vetting process. Every tier—from our Profile Pool to our Executive Curation—relies on transparency.
- The Standard: Your custom profile must reflect your true identity. Photos must be current, clear, and unedited, and your written answers must honestly reflect your real-life beliefs and values.
- Prohibited: Catfishing, creating duplicate profiles, sharing misleading information, or attempting to bypass our screening protocols. Misrepresentation of your marital or relationship status will result in immediate permanent removal.
3. Sacred & Respectful Spaces (Forums, Chats & Prayer Rooms)
Our custom platform replaces isolated app mechanics with digital fellowship. Our public boards, text chats, and live group prayer rooms are considered sacred spaces.
- The Standard: Communicate with the kindness, patience, and love expected within a faith-based community. Approach theological differences with grace and intellectual humility.
- Prohibited: Profanity, explicit or suggestive language, harassment, bullying, and divisive or mocking behavior during community discussions or live prayer sessions.
4. Privacy, Safety, and Confidentiality
A risk-managed community requires ironclad boundaries around personal information, especially for our Executive members who choose to remain incognito in the general gallery.
- The Standard: Respect the privacy of every conversation and interaction. What is shared in a private direct message or a group prayer room must stay there.
- Prohibited: Screenshotting other members' profiles, sharing private chat logs, or distributing anyone’s contact details, social handles, or personal data outside the platform without their explicit, written consent.
5. Tier-Specific Boundaries & Moderation
Our Community Manager and administrative system maintain a healthy, safe application environment through a combination of automated filters and active human oversight.
- Tier 1 (The Profile Pool): Free accounts are restricted to passive database matching. Attempting to manipulate code, scrape user data from the app directory, or exploit back-end messaging limits will trigger an automatic system lock.
- Tiers 2 & 3: Direct messaging limits and forum posting rights are privileges granted to verified, paying subscribers. Spamming members with identical copy-and-pasted messages or sending excessive, unsolicited connection requests will result in an account review for behavioral spam.
- Tier 4 (Executive Curation): Members interacting through hand-vetted matchmaker introductions are expected to maintain the highest standard of etiquette. Failing to show up for curated dates without prior notice or behaving disrespectfully toward a matched connection will result in immediate tier downgrading or account termination without a refund.
6. Enforcing Our Standards: Report & Review
If you encounter any behavior, profile, or message that violates these guidelines, please report by sending a message to info@eezrebmatchmaking.ca.
Our Community Manager reviews all reports thoroughly. EEZREB reserves the right to issue warnings, temporarily suspend forum access, or permanently delete accounts at our discretion to preserve the integrity, theological alignment, and safety of our collective family.
